Bank of New Hampshire Continues Focus on Food Insecurity with Funds for Food Drive

New England Council member, Bank of New Hampshire, will begin its annual ‘Banking on Kindness Funds for Food Drive’. Starting this week and until November 12th, Bank of New Hampshire will match donations up to $250 for customers who donate $1, $5, $10, or an amount of their choosing at each of their offices.

The Funds for Food Drive’s goal is to provide funds to help local New Hampshire food pantries purchase food to stock their shelves. Each Bank of New Hampshire branch will choose which food pantry their funds will be donated allowing for a broad impact around the state. Those who donate, they will be given a fall nametag to display their name on the ‘Board of Givers’ at the office where they gave their donation. At the end of the drive, everyone who donated will be updated on how much was collected and where the money was donated.

Chris Logan, President and CEO of Bank of New Hampshire said, “Bank of New Hampshire is excited to once again partner with our communities through our annual Funds for Food Drive as we seek to further our impact on food insecurity. Our customers have shown their generosity and compassion year after year, and I trust they will continue to show it this year as we partner to lessen the burden.”

The New England Council would like to commend the Bank of New Hampshire for its commitment to help solve the food insecurity crisis.
