Registration is now open for our 2025 Washington Leaders’ Conference.
The New England Council’s 2025 Washington Leaders’ Conference will take place in our nation’s capital on Wednesday, May 14, and Thursday, May 15, 2025. Join us for two days of informative programming, networking opportunities, and meetings with Members of Congress, Congressional staff, and key federal agency leaders.

Important Registration Details:
- The deadline to register for the conference is Wednesday, May 7, 2025.
- Registration is fully refundable BEFORE May 7, 2025. We encourage you to register as soon as possible to secure your spot, and if for any reason you need to cancel, registration fees will be fully refunded before May 7, 2025. Unfortunately, because we must provide numbers to event venues in advance, we are unable to refund registration fees for cancellations after May 7, 2025.
Important travel details
- Please note that our conference coincides with National Police Week in Washington, D.C., and hotel rooms will be in high demand.
- If you are planning to participate in the Washington Leaders’ Conference, we encourage you to make hotel reservations as soon as possible.
- Committee Meetings: Please note that committee meetings will likely be scheduled in the late morning and early afternoon (no later than 2:00 p.m.) on Thursday, May 15. If you are interested in participating in committee meetings, we suggest that you plan your flights accordingly.
