Endicott College was founded in 1939 on the belief that successful students “learn by doing.” All Endicott students complete three distinct internships over the course of four years, gaining professional experience, building confidence, and making important industry contacts. Our unique four-year internship program ensures that students graduate with a resume and a degree. Graduates will leave with an excellent educational foundation, substantial career experience, and a clear pathway for the future. In fact, more than 99 percent of our graduates report being employed or attending graduate school within one year of graduation. Ninety percent report that their employment is directly related to their program of study at Endicott. In addition to preparing students for their internships and co-ops through classroom instruction, we also support the employers who host our students by providing clear expectations and communication with our internship faculty.
