Third “Investing in Infrastructure” Program Focuses on Finance Options

Panelists Discuss Gas Tax, Public-Private Partnership, Other Mechanisms To Fund Investment

On June 30, 2021, The New England Council hosted the third program in our “Investing in Infrastructure” virtual event series.  “Investing in Infrastructure: Finance Options” featured a panel of experts who discussed various options available to finance infrastructure investments, and explored the outlook for the recently-announced $1.2 trillion bipartisan deal struck by the White House and Congressional leaders.

The discussion was moderated by Peter Plumeau, CEO of EBP, moderated the discussion.  Panelists included:

  • Christian Tamotsu Fjeld, Vice President, ML Strategies
  • Mary Maguire, Director of Public and Legislative Affairs, AAA Northeast
  • John Pollock, Managing Director and Head of Infrastructure Financing, AIG
