The New England Council is pleased to again partner with The Commonwealth Institute (TCI) on its 2021 Women’s Leadership Development in Massachusetts Impact Study. New England Council members are invite to participate in the study.

Now in its fourth year, the confidential online survey’s goal is to understand employers’ actions to develop, retain, and advance women employees in Massachusetts, and to prove systemic, sustained progress for women into leadership in companies here in the Commonwealth and beyond. Post-survey, participants will be able to confidentially access private benchmark reports to see how they compare to other businesses by company size and industry segment.

Data collection will conclude late September, and findings will be published in a report released in December 2021. The deadline to opt in to participate is September 15, 2021.
