NEC Launches Online “Partnerships for the Talent Pipeline” Directory

The New England Council is pleased to share our new online “Partnerships for the Talent Pipeline Directory.” This resource highlights examples of successful models used in New England to connect students and employers in order to strengthen our regional workforce and ensure career success.  The directory was first released as a print publication in 2016, with several updated print editions released in recent years.  We are pleased to now provide this resource in a searchable online format, where it can be filtered by state or by category.

View Directory

The purpose of the directory is to highlight programs where educational institutions and employers partner to provide students with additional skills, training, knowledge, or access to industry and networks. The directory includes over 100 entries, ranging from internship and apprenticeship programs, mentoring initiatives, and curriculum development partnerships.  The Council hopes that this directory will continue to be a useful resource to policymakers and other stakeholders, and will encourage employers and educational institutions to continue to pursue and expand partnership initiatives that develop our region’s talent pipeline.

Have a program you’d like to submit to the Directory?

Council members are invited to share information on various partnership programs, including experiential learning opportunities (i.e. internships, apprenticeships), mentoring programs, and curriculum development and coordination initiatives.
