Mercury Systems names Bill Ballhaus as new President and CEO
New England Council member Mercury Systems has appointed Bill Ballhaus as its new President and CEO.
The move follows weeks of careful deliberation, after which Ballhaus, who had held the role of Interim President and CEO since late June, was selected for the position. Prior to this appointment, Ballhaus held the title of CEO at a variety of other technology and defense firms. The Board of Directors anticipates that this experience and expertise in the fields of aerospace and technology will prime him for success at Mercury Systems. Additionally, this move is expected to provide the company stability, consistency, and a clear path moving forward, which will aid its ability to overcome potential operational and financial challenges.
