Fallon Health expands elder care access with First PACE program

New England Council member, Fallon Health, celebrated a significant milestone with the launch of its Summit ElderCare program in Dartmouth, marking the first Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) to open in Southeastern Massachusetts. The event featured a community discussion on caregiving and aging with dignity.

Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey attended the event, calling Summit ElderCare a “lifeline for families” and highlighting the importance of expanding access to community-based care. “Programs like Fallon Health’s Summit ElderCare allow older adults to age independently while giving caregivers the support they need,” said Governor Healey. “We’re proud to see this innovative model grow in Southeastern Massachusetts.”

Fallon Health President and CEO Manny Lopes added, “Summit ElderCare is more than a program, it’s a promise to older adults and their caregivers that they’re not alone.”

The New England Council congratulates Fallon Health on expanding access to high-quality, person-centered care.
