The National Energy & Fuels Institute appoints Jim Collura as President and CEO
New England Council member, National Energy and Fuels Institute (NEFI), appointed Jim Collura as president and Chief Executive Officer. His appointment is set to begin on November 1st, 2024.
“Jim’s deep understanding of our industry, gained through nearly two decades of service to NEFI and its members, made him the clear choice to lead our organization,” said NEFI Board Chair Ted Noonan. “His proven track record in advocacy and association leadership, combined with his intimate knowledge of our members’ needs, positions NEFI for continued success in advancing our industry’s interests.”
Under Collura’s leadership, NEFI is set to keep up its strong push for federal and state advocacy while rolling out its new three-year plan. The main goals are to strengthen partnerships in the industry, improve services for members, and support the use of renewable liquid heating fuels along with efficient space heating technologies.
Jim has been an active member of The New England Council, and we look forward to continuing to work with him in his new role.
