Boston Mutual’s Paul Quaranto Receives Distinguished Service Award From American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI) Forum 500

Paul receives his award with ACLI Forum 500 Chair Mike Fosbury, President/CEO at Colombian Mutual Financial Group, and ACLI President and CEO Susan K. Neely.

On Monday, Paul Quaranto, Chairman, CEO, and President of New England Council member, Boston Mutual Life Insurance Company, received the Distinguished Service Award from the American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI) Forum 500. According to an ACLI press release, this annual award is given to a member of the ACLI Forum 500 whose efforts have contributed substantially to the life insurance industry’s mission to “help all Americans access financial protection for themselves and their families.” The Forum 500 is composed of small- and medium-sized life insurance companies that serve consumers in communities across the United States.

Mr. Quaranto has been a key sponsor of the ACLI Capital Challenge, an annual road race that benefits Junior Achievement’s financial education programs. He is also an advocate for diversity and inclusion in corporate leadership and a strong proponent of ACLI’s Economic Empowerment and Racial Equity initiative. In addition to his work with ACLI, Mr. Quaranto serves as the Chairman of the Life Insurance Association of Massachusetts.

When speaking on Mr. Quaranto and the many accomplishments that earned him this award, ACLI President and CEO Susan Neely said, “Paul has been an industry leader in advocating for policies that enhance consumer protection, strengthen people’s financial security and advance economic empowerment for all consumers, especially those in underserved communities.” Neely continued, “His dedication to the industry’s mission of providing families with financial protection epitomizes life insurers’ commitment to service. It is why his peers have chosen to honor him with this prestigious award.”

The New England Council congratulates Paul Quaranto of Boston Mutual Life Insurance Company on receiving this prestigious award and commends Mr. Quaranto’s efforts to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the life insurance industry.
