Point32Health minimizes stress for employees

New England Council member, Point32Health, has been ranked #3 in the PBN Healthiest Employers Awards 2024.

Since 2020, Point32Health has prioritized improving mental and emotional well-being through resilience. To do so, the company introduced meQuilibrium, also referred to as meQ, in October. MeQ analyzes data to find potential and predominant sources of stress, fatigue, and burnout. Point32Health then creates campaigns that encourage employees to engage in open and flexible thinking to overcome challenges and succeed in the workplace.

“If we’re going to serve our community effectively, we have to take care of ourselves first,” said Peter Church, Point32Health’s chief people and culture officer.

The New England Council congratulates Point32Health for its innovative technology and emphasis on mental well-being in the workplace.
