NEC Board Elects Seven New Directors

At its recent meeting in Washington, DC, The New England Council’s Board of Directors voted unanimously to elect a slate of seven new Directors.  Chaired by John Hailer, Chairman of Diffractive Managers Group the Council’s Board includes senior leaders from some of the region’s most well-known and well-respected businesses and organizations, representing all six New England states and every sector of the region’s economy.

The seven new Directors are:

  • John S. Capone, Managing Partner, KPMG, Boston, MA
  • Timothy J. DelGuidice, Associate Director, Government Relations, Raytheon Technologies, Providence, RI
  • Rebecca Diaz, Vice President of Finance & Treasurer, Analog Devices, Inc., Andover, MA
  • Grace H. Lee, Eastern MA Regional President & Group Lead of New England Government Banking, M&T Bank, Boston, MA
  • Ambassador (ret.) Robert A. Sherman, Senior Counsel, Greenberg Traurig, Boston, MA
  • Nicole Verdi, New England Head of Government Affairs and Policy, Ørsted, Boston, MA
  • Stephen J. Woerner, President, National Grid New England, Boston, MA
