Happiness improves workplace morale at Amica
New England Council member, Amica Mutual Insurance Co., has been named #5 in PBN’s Healthiest Employers Awards 2024.
Amica emphasizes the physical and emotional health of its employees through benefits such as free movie nights, pickleball games, virtual telehealth appointments with behavioral health counselors, and wellness credits that reduce medical contributions for those with annual health and dental exams. Finances also prove to be a major stressor for employees, so Amica pays $100 a month toward student loans and up to $10,000 annually for continuing education classes.
