JEFF TURCOTTE

Jeff Turcotte joined the New England Council in July 2007 in the Council’s Washington, D.C. office where he is responsible for Energy/Environment, Financial Services, Transportation, and Trade issues.

A New Hampshire native, Jeff brings over 8 years of Capitol Hill experience to the Council, most recently serving as Press Secretary and Professional Staff Member for Senator Judd Gregg (R-NH) on the Senate Budget Committee. He joined Senator Gregg’s Washington staff in 1999, handled communications for the Senator’s re-election effort in 2004 out of campaign’s Concord, NH office, and moved back to Washington to serve as Press Secretary and Legislative Assistant before moving to the Budget Committee in November 2005.

Jeff graduated from Hamilton College in Clinton, NY, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy. He is originally from Contoocook, a village in the town of Hopkinton, NH, and graduated from Hopkinton High School.
